It’s possible that your coparent has unintentionally unsubscribed from receiving messages. If they have sent an ‘unsubscribe’ request to the SMS service, they will not receive any messages. Ask them to check if they have done this by mistake and to re-subscribe if necessary by sending the message UNSTOP.
Allow Sufficient Time for Delivery
Messaging systems can sometimes experience delays. Although SMS messages typically arrive within minutes, it’s wise to allow some time for delivery. A delay of up to 5 minutes is generally reasonable, but sometimes network congestion might extend this period slightly.
