How do I delete my data?
You have control over much of the data that you provide to the BestInterest app and can remove it as desired. Here are some items that you can delete using the app, without needing to delete your entire account:
Your name and profile information
Any information you added about yourself, coparent, or your family members including phone numbers and emails
Your list of support team members like therapist, coach, and attorney
Messages or screenshots you have sent to our Coparent Coach for review
Items that can ONLY be deleted by deleting your account include:
Messages you have sent or received from your coparent
Items that are NEVER stored by us (and therefore are deleted already):
Screenshots or other photos you upload to the coparent coach are removed immediately after processing (only the coach’s interpretation of the message is saved)
Your message history for any messages that were never sent to your coparent (i.e. if they were reviewed and rejected)
Items you may request that we can delete on your behalf:
Messages you have sent to our support team
Items we CANNOT delete for you:
Another user’s account (such as your coparent’s)
Another user’s copies of your messages
