My Coparent Number is Already Used

If you get an error when trying to add your coparent's number to the app that the number has already been used by someone else, a couple things could be happening:
Another User Entered Your Coparent's Number By Accident
In this case, simply contact us and provide your coparents number. We will do some investigation on our end and free up the number so that you can use it.
Your coparent entered their OWN number as their coparent number
This happens occasionally. If you and your coparent are collaborating, make sure that their coparent number under Settings > Coparent Profile is set to YOUR number.
