How do I change my phone number?
We use your phone number to ensure that messages from your coparent get to you properly. If you enter an incorrect number, you may not be able to link your coparent account or receive messages from them.
To change your phone number for messaging purposes, simply go to Settings > Personal Profile. You can edit your number on this page.
If you'd like to change the phone number you use to sign in, please contact our support team so we can update it for you.
What if I cannot update my phone number in the app?
Sometimes updating your phone number in the app will not work. Typically this is because another account has been registered with that same phone number. In this case, please confirm that you did not accidentally set up two accounts in our system. If you need help, please contact our support team so we can investigate.
