How to Sign Up for a Subscription
Download the App: If you haven’t already, download the BestInterest app from the App Store or Google Play.
Create an Account: Open the app and follow the prompts to create your account.
Select Your Plan: After setting up your account, you’ll be prompted to choose a subscription plan. Select either the monthly or annual option.
Confirm Your Subscription: Follow the prompts to complete your subscription through the App Store or Google Play. You may be asked to confirm your payment method and accept the terms of your chosen plan.

Can I switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan?
Yes! You can change your subscription plan through the App Store or Google Play. Simply cancel your current plan at the end of the billing period and select the annual option.
Will I lose access to my data if I cancel my subscription?
No, your data will remain in the app for a limited time after cancellation. If you choose to renew your subscription later, your data will be restored. If you wish to delete your data, click here.
Can I get a refund if I cancel partway through the billing period?
App Store and Google Play policies typically do not offer partial refunds, so your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, and you won’t be charged again after cancellation. Unfortunately, we have no control over granting refunds - you must contact the App Store or Google Play Store directly.

Do I need a subscription for my coparent to use the app too?
No, BestInterest does not require both coparents to be subscribed for you to benefit from the app. However, both parents may subscribe independently if they both wish to take full advantage of BestInterest’s features.
How many devices does my subscription cover?
Your subscription covers as many devices as you wish under one account. So if you have an personal phone and a work phone, you can install it on both with one subscription.
